Junior Consultants Customer Experience
Your tasks:
- Support in the conception, analysis, optimization and implementation of business processes in customer service and sales
- Support or partial responsibility for project management and coordination
- Reviewing the profitability and efficiency of business models/strategies
- Carrying out market, competition and best practice analyses
- Support and assistance in the preparation and presentation of meaningful decision documents
- Preparation of necessary reports and project documentation

Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable degree.
- Ideally, you have leadership experience (team management or project management) in customer service and sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Confident appearance combined with a self-reliant and result-oriented way of working
- Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and comparable applications
- Fluency and expressiveness in German and English (written and spoken, ideally business fluent)
- Willingness to travel 4 days a week
- Ideally experience with current contact center technologies
