Consultants Customer Experience

Your tasks:

  • Design, analysis, optimization and implementation of business processes in customer service and sales
  • Solving complex challenges in projects with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Project management and coordination as well as moderation of workshops
  • Interim management
  • Review of profitability and efficiency of business models/strategies
  • Execution of market, competition and best practice analyses
  • Preparation and presentation of meaningful decision documents
  • Preparation of necessary reports and project documentation

  Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable degree
  • Leadership or consulting/advisory experience in customer service and sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Confident appearance combined with a self-reliant and result-oriented way of working
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and comparable applications
  • Experience with common contact center technologies
  • Fluency and expressiveness in German and English (written and spoken, ideally business fluent)
  • Willingness to travel 4 days a week
